   Provided 1st and 2nd line support and infrastructure management for multi-site clients. Administered Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, including accounts, permissions, licensing and mailboxes.

   Managed Windows and Apple devices with Intune and Apple Business Manager, including 80+ iPhones and iPads with supervised enrolment. Monitored networks and servers with Zabbix and PRTG, used Kaseya for remote management and patching, and supported Hyper-V environments.

2. IT Technician

   Highgate Care, Bridlington

   April 2021 – May 2022

   Supported 1,500+ users across 45 sites and contributed to major infrastructure improvements. Managed UniFi routers, switches and Wi-Fi, plus DrayTek Vigor 130 modems, and kept accurate records so issues could be tracked and resolved quickly.

3. ICT Officer (fixed-term, agency)

   Hull City Council

   January – June 2020

   Worked on the council’s ITAD programme, upgrading every system from Windows XP to Windows 10 across all sites. Organised training and support for the move and wrote clear guides for staff.
